Development Engineer, Electronics (Merano, Italy)

The company has now product development units in four countries.
We are looking for a professional in electronics design in R&D, Merano, Italy. Your main task is to design circuit boards for frequency converters. You are responsible for the specification, design and verification of the digital electronics, communications and of other expertise areas such as measurement-, driver- and power-supply-circuits. You have knowledge of EMC-issues and you are used to verify your solutions with circuit simulation tools before going into practice in the electronics laboratory with different measurement equipment.
You will be involved in interesting customer projects and will also work in close cooperation with the other R&D sites (in Finland, China and USA).
To succeed in this position, you have an appropriate technical degree (M.Sc.) in field of electronics. You have worked several years in similar tasks in industry and have a good knowledge of simulation tools, measuring methods and selection criteria for components. Furthermore, we expect you to have a good command of English both written and spoken. German or Italian language skills are beneficial.
